Program Requirements​

Age 18–24

Self-referred

Unaccompanied and homeless (may be aging out of foster care or in extended foster care)

Dedicated to working toward independent living
Faith and Fostering:​

Provides furnished housing

Meets immediate basic needs

Provides a support team

Provides guidance to help define and reach future goals

Offers free counseling and group sessions

Provides Christ-centered acceptance

Maintains a nonjudgmental environment
What We Offer
Upon entering the program, each young adult completes a personal assessment to determine the purpose living plan that best meets their needs.
Our program offers three tracks:
Launch
Provides homeless youth and young adults with safe housing and a place to rebuild and grow
Send
Serves at-risk youth and young adults that have unstable housing and are at-risk of becoming homeless
Equip
Transformative program dedicated to empowering young adults with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today's job market

College
Discipleship
