What We Offer
Upon entering the program, each young adult completes a personal assessment to determine the purpose living plan that best meets their needs.
Our program offers three tracks:
Launch
Providing safe housing and services for youth and young adults
Send
Providing services for youth and young adults to strengthen independent living
Equip
Equipping individuals for today’s job market and/or education success
